General

The JBL SRX835 is the largest passive speaker in the SRX series due to the fact that it's equipped with 3 speakers. This makes it the ideal way to add definition and detail to your PA setup. Although the dispersion angle of the SRX835 is just 60 x 40 degrees, it's equipped with a woofer, a mid-range driver and a tweeter that provide exceptionally detailed audio. In regular passive mode, the two built-in crossovers work specifically for all three speakers, and in bi-amp mode, they work for the HF and MF drivers only. With a frequency range of 32 Hz to 20 kHz, this speaker functions optimally in a setup with other Harman products.

Practical

Even though this speaker is almost a metre tall, it's relatively easy to transport thanks to the two recessed handles on either side. In terms of connections, the SRX835 is pretty straightforward: there's one lockable speaker connection for hooking this unit up to your amp or active sub, and another for daisy-chaining multiple speakers. It has a stand flange so you can place it on a speaker pole or distance rod and 12 M10 rigging points for suspending it from the ceiling or in a truss.
