General

DAP Audio's DM-1000 is a highly-reliable, powerful, lightweight class-D amplifier. It has an internal circuit that protects it against things like overheating, overloading and short circuits. The DM-1000 can be configured to run in stereo, parallel or bridge mode with 2x 500 watts (@ 4 ohms), 2x 300 watts (@ 8 ohms) or 1x 1000 watts (@ 8 ohms) of power respectively. That's more than enough for powerful passive speaker sets. The DM-1000 measures 48.3 x 43.1 x 8.9 cm and weighs just 6.2 kg, making it easy to mount in a 19-inch rack.

In addition to the things mentioned above, the full-protection circuit also prevents unwanted interference from things like electrical signals and radio frequencies. On the rear of the amp, you'll find XLR/RCA inputs as well as SpeakON outputs. Finally, the DM-1000 can run on 110-120VAC or 220-240VAC, 50/60Hz power.
