General
The Philips PH LFH4722/00 includes a two-year software license for Philips SpeechExec Dictate 11: dictation software developed specifically for PocketMemo recorders like the DPM6000/02, DPM7200/02 and DPM6700/03. Designed to improve your workflow, SpeechExec sends dictations directly to where they need to go (e.g. your secretary or an administration department) before sending out status updates that pop up on the display of your voice recorder and the computer the software has been installed on. Each task can be assigned a level of priority and you can keep up to date with its status in real-time. Also, any processed dictations can be re-added as text to the list of to-do tasks for editing or sharing as needed.

Please note: Philips have released software version 11.5 for all professional dictation devices. The software license (Windows only) that comes with every device lasts for two years and following the two year period, a license code will need to be purchased.
