The 5-string LTD F-155DX DSTP (Dark See Thru Purple) is a great guitar for advanced bass players that combines drop-dead looks with a great sound. This purple Forest-style body - featuring a Flamed Maple top - is equipped with two humbuckers that are known for their full sound, powerful output and hum-free operation. The humbucker sound is an excellent match for music styles such as rock, hard rock and metal but also provides a warm base for jazz and blues. Tune the sound to your liking via five knobs, including an active 3-band EQ.
The smooth abyss of the LTD F-155DX DSTP
The extra low range (low B) of a five-string bass guitar such as this one is a great addition for many genres, most of which metal. Additionally, the strings go through the body for a proper sustain and sharper attack. Many bass players will also be able to appreciate the vast playing comfort of the LTD F-155DX.
