General
Most MIDI controllers are made with keyboard players in mind, but the Artiphon Instrument 1 is one of the few controllers that can be played like a guitar, emulate a violin or piano or even serve as a drum pad. A touch-sensitive 'fretboard'-like interface adds a dynamic dimension to your sound and the Instrument 1 has its own built-in speaker so you can take and play it anywhere without the need for a laptop or PC. Plug in a pair of headphones or in-ears as you take it on the road and get inspired to create memorable melodies or chord progressions. Use the included software to try out the different modes and functions that the Artiphon Instrument 1 has been graced with and enjoy a fretless fretboard, smart strumming, forceful drum sounds and more.
