General

The American DJ Octo Beam LED RGBW is based on a traditional light organ with 8 freely moveable spot lights, creating a classic-looking light effect. This RGBW LED fixture is easy to use and excellently suited for indoor use.

Powerful light effects

The Octo Beam LED RGBW is equipped with 8 RGBW LEDs with a power of 3 watts each. Thanks to these RGBW LEDs, this Octo Beam produces powerful light effects in red, green, blue and white. The LEDs have a lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours, and a beam angle of 30 degrees.

Controls

The RGBW LED light effect can be controlled by music, DMX and via the 4-button LED display on the rear panel. Moreover, the Octo Beam is compatible with the American DJ UC3 series remote controls. It has a stand-alone and master/slave function, as well as up to 10 DMX channels. Creating LED pulse and strobe light effects is no problem at all for the Octo Beam.

Housing

This Octo Beam has a durable housing as well as XLR and IEC inputs and outputs. Thanks to the included bracket, this fixture can easily be flown from a truss or attached to a wall or ceiling. Daisy chaining 12 or even 19 Octo Beam RGBWs is also possible. What's more, this fixture is characterised by a low power consumption of just 28.5 watts and its ability to run all night long.
