The amplified sound of the LTD B-50FM DBSB is largely determined by two single-coil pickups. These ESP-designed pickups produce a clear sound, while the hum-free split single-coil at the neck sounds somewhat fuller and punchier. You can control the balance with the two volume knobs and add a proper boost to the bass and treble with the tone control of the active tone circuit.
