The American Special Jazzmaster is a stream-lined, stripped-down model, made in Fender's American workshop. It ensures quality and musicality. It is a distinctive, to-the-point guitar with an alder body for a proper tonal base. Its glossy finish and urethane Sunburst lacquer leave a starring role for the wood grain, providing this smart-looking instrument with a distinguished appearance that is further enhanced by the 4-layer tortoise pickguard.
American Special Jazzmaster: Adjusto-Matic
As opposed to the traditional Jazzmaster, this version has a locking bridge - an Adjusto-Matic with anchored tailpiece. This bridge greatly enhances the guitar's intonation and tuning stability and warrants a full, present tone. This American Special Jazzmaster has two newly designed humbuckers that produce a massive output. Its 3-position pickup switch provides several timbres. The knobs and pickup covers have an Aged White finish and a gig bag is included in the delivery to safeguard this beautiful Fender.
