Fender Cabronita Precision Bass 2-Colour Sunburst 2013

General

This instrument is a combination between the Fender Cabronita Telecaster and the Precision Bass. It has the body shape of the P-Bass (the first series-produced electric bass guitar) with a serene 2-tone Sunburst finish to give it a vintage look. The Cabronita part is formed by the Fideli'Tron humbucker. This pickup makes a double appearance on the Cabronita Telecaster and has been adapted for this Precision Bass to produce a fierce, deep bass sound.

Characteristics

The body of this guitar is made of alder, a lightweight type of wood with excellent resonant characteristics. Its maple neck and fretboard are a delight and the 20 medium-jumbo frets allow for smooth playing. Naturally, the traditional volume and tone controls are there to fine-tune your sound. The guitar's modern High Mass bridge provides optimal string-vibration transference to the body as well as a solid sustain. This is an excellent all-round bass with a clearly distinctive sound due to its Fideli'Tron pickup.
