It is a strange thought that only one person can own this Fender FSR Stratocaster. We can only offer one of these very rare Fender guitars. The Surf Green Finish, a colour that screams '50s, combined with the Aged White synthetic components, is what really sets this Stratocaster apart. You'll own a real eye-catcher with a remarkably refined construction. Apart from the distinctive FSR features, this is an American Standard Stratocaster which means it was carefully built in Fender's American workshop.

The construction of the FSR American Strat

The base of this guitar is its polyurethane-lacquered alder body. Its bolted-on maple neck features a rosewood fretboard with 22 neatly finished medium jumbo frets and white position markers. The 2013 edition of the American Standard is equipped with three Custom Shop Fat '50s single-coil pickups that can be combined via the trusted 5-position pickup switch. This guitar's finish and components are in line with those of the very first Stratocasters. Remember that this is a very rare version of the FSR guitar. Buy when in doubt.

The professional American Standard series comprises the most recent, US-built versions of Fender's four most famous guitars: Stratocaster, Telecaster, Precision Bass and Jazz Bass. They all feature a quality ash or alder body, an average-gauge C-profile maple neck and a relatively flat maple or rosewood fretboard as well as a reliable, sustain-enhancing bridge and (often) Custom Shop pickups for the classic Fender sound.
