Construction

The body of the Fender Malibu CE is shaped like a dreadnought, but it is smaller in size and therefore easier to play. The laminated mahogany sides and back combined with a laminated spruce top give this Malibu a rich tone with punchy trebles. A notable feature of this guitar is its Stratocaster neck with rosewood fretboard and comfortable C profile. It is the neck that makes this guitar feel like an electric Strat while you're playing it. An exceptionally practical feature is the second strap button on the side of the body. The strap button isn't a standard option for steel-string guitars but it makes it that much easier to play while standing up.

Finish and Fishman Electronics

This Fiesta Red Fender Malibu CE Mustang is adorned with a white pearloid pickguard and Fender's vintage-style Viking bridge, and its sound hole is decorated with a beautiful chequered rosette. To improve tone and tuning stability, the string nut and bridge saddle are made of Graphtech NuBone. The Fishman Isys III pickup system comprises an active preamp with volume control and 3-band equalizer to create that perfect sound. Finally, the guitar's practical built-in chromatic tuner helps you to keep it perfectly tuned.
