The Fender Pawn Shop Bass VI (Candy Apple Red) is a long awaited addition to Fender's Pawn Shop series. The Fender Bass Guitar (or Bass VI) is a baritone-model guitar, here in a beautiful, striking Candy Apple Red finish. Compared to a guitar it has an extra long scale length of 30 inches and a similar, yet octave tuning that allows it to function as both a persuasive guitar and bass guitar.

The shape of the Fender Pawn Shop Bass VI is closely related to the alternatively shaped Fender Jaguar's body. Other eye-catchers are the Jazz Bass volume and tone knobs and the white pickguard. The Bass VI also features an attractive vintage-style bridge with a reliable floating tremolo for subtle vibrato effects. The versatile sound is brought forth by the clear and (if desired) raw JZHB humbucker, together with the Hot Jaguar single-coil pickups' high output.
