This version of the famous asymmetrical Randy Rhoads model goes by the name Jackson RRMG Matte Gray with Matte Black Bevels. This is a very long name but wait until you see and hear it! Besides a stylish matte-grey appearance with a nice aluminium control plate, this horned beast also offers a growling sound thanks to the power of its two active EMG pickups. You can use the fierceness of the keen EMG 81 or immerse yourself with the warm, deep tones of the equally powerful EMG 85.

The sound of the humbuckers is assisted by the balanced character of the excellent alder body, while the ebony fretboard gives the guitar an extra firm touch. The neck, that extends through the entire length of the body, also contributes to the directness of the sound. This neck-through-body construction looks great and provides a better sustain as well. One last important feature is the highly stable Floyd Rose tremolo which extends the range of sound options of this professional Jackson RRMG.
