Roland have equipped this digital piano with its tested SuperNATURAL system: an accurate reproduction of real grand piano sounds. The sound of the grand piano has not merely been recorded at several sound levels, but actually reproduced, which means you can accurately control factors such as timbre, like you would with a regular acoustic piano. Thanks to the Progressive Hammer Action with Escapement functionality, the keys react to real hammers (instead of springs), which gives them that typical 'click' of a real grand piano keyboard. Finally, the Ivory Feel-G surface of the keys makes you feel like you are pressing real ivory keys. Evidently, Roland put quite a lot of effort into their starter models!
