The intuitive and affordable BLX systems by Shure are so easy to work with, a child could do it! The Shure BLX1288/PG30 is an easy-to-control wireless headset/handheld system that provides stable signal transfers. Thanks to the BLX88 receiver (which is no more than two BLX4s in one unit), you can quickly switch between the PG30 headset and PG58 handheld microphone and you can even use them simultaneously! The QuickScan function finds the right frequency for you via the single press of a button, after which the system is ready for use!
The transmitters of the BLX1288/PG30 set
The headset of this Shure BLX1288/PG30 wireless combination set is a Shure PG 30: a condenser headset microphone with a dynamic, clear sound. To ensure high-quality, wireless transfers, you can connect this to the accessory light and robust BLX1 bodypack transmitter. The Shure PG58 microphone capsule is already mounted on a BLX2 handheld transmitter. Both microphones have a cardioid pickup pattern, which means that they specifically pick up the right signal, instead of ambient noise.
Shure BLX88 double receiver
The Shure BLX88 receiver is a double version of the Shure BLX4. It is equipped with powerful integrated antennas so that you won't endlessly have to rotate and adjust external antennas in the hope that reception improves. Even at a distance of approximately 90 metres, the BLX88 still receives the signal of the headset and handheld microphone.
