Tama VA50RS Matte Tamo Ash

The shells of this VA50RS are made of high-quality birch and equipped with Sound Arc hoops. These hoops curve inward a bit, emphasising the natural tone of the shell. Moreover they enhance the sensitivity, precision and control you have when you play. The Star-Mount system is an innovative tom mounting system that allows for better resonance. And with the MTH905 tom holder it's possible to simply slide the toms forward or back a bit. With this VA50RS you're getting a complete set that is equipped with the latest technology.

Five-piece set

The bass drum shell is made of seven plies of birch, making it 8 mm thick. The toms, floor tom and snare are 6 mm thick and consist of 6 plies. The birch provides a distinct sound that goes well with a variety of musical styles, while the Matte Tamo Ash finish gives the VA50RS a natural look. The combination of this beautiful natural finish and the robust quality will make sure you never grow bored with this drum set!
