A hand-selected goatskin drumhead and the 20-inch deep shell allow for warm bass tones, while the PMDJ1-M-G also produces extra sharp slaps, which pierce the mix with ease. With its lightweight design, the Travel Series djembe is easy to bring along and ideal for outdoor performances. The bottom of the drum is protected by a rubber ring.

The shell is made of a synthetic material, which ensures that this djembe remains remarkably lightweight. It's ideal for djembe groups that often perform outdoors. Furthermore, tuning the drum is made easy with the mechanical tuning system, which you can even use while you're playing. The specially selected goatskin drumhead gives the drum a warm bass tone, like you'll find on traditional African djembes.
