The Meinl PMDJ2-M-F medium Travel Series djembe is perfect for outdoor performances. This brightly coloured instrument features a Kenyan Quilt finish, a 20-inch-deep shell, and a synthetic 10-inch drumhead. It is fitted with a durable rim and a patented tuning mechanism that allows you to adjust your djembe's tuning in no time at all. You can even adjust it while you're playing, which can be used to great effect. The Travel Series djembe offers extra powerful slaps and deep bass tones.
20% lighter
Meinl crafted the PMDJ2-M-F djembe from a lightweight synthetic material, which means that it is about 20% lighter than standard fibreglass models. That makes it easy to take it with you. Furthermore, as the material is weather-resistant, this medium djembe is ideal for outdoor performances. All in all, it's a practical djembe with a big sound.
