General
The Cort KX707 EverTune is the 7-string version of the KX Series KX700. This model delivers the same aggressive sound across an extended range, giving you even more options. The bulk of the build remains unchanged, meaning you're looking at a mahogany body that comes finished with an ash top and an open-pore finish, while the extra-stable, bolt-on neck is made from five pieces of roasted maple and walnut and has been topped with a deluxe dark ebony fretboard lined with twenty-four stainless steel frets.
The KX707 Evertune: Tight, Brutal Chugs Guaranteed
Fitted out with the exceptionally stable EverTune F7 Model bridge, the KX707 doesn't suffer from any pesky low-string pitch drift. What's more, it features a set of locking tuners in matching black for quick re-strings and even more stability. Two premium humbuckers - a Seymour Duncan Nazgul at the bridge and a Seymour Duncan Sentient at the neck, support tight-and-brutal chugs as well as beautifully balanced, extra-clear tone.
