To set this solid alder-bodied Ultra Luxe edition apart from more regular Jaguars, the standard 24 inch scale length has been extended to 25.5 inches to match other Fender classics. The old-school tremolo tailpiece has been replaced with a string-through-body setup to tighten up the sonic range and increase sustain.
