The Fender Made in Japan Junior Collection Telecaster combines traditional looks and sound with a short, 24-inch scale length and a compact, lightweight body. Perfect for young as well as small-handed guitarists, this model offers the increased playing ease of lower string tension and a basswood body that's roughly 6% smaller when compared to a standard Tele. Conveniently, it also comes complete with a matching gig bag.

The Junior Collection Telecaster: Smaller But No Less Serious

Like all Junior Collection guitars, this Tele is built in Japan which means you can count on excellent build quality and a tight finish. As well as twenty-two narrow tall frets, Fender have gone with a 'standard' 42mm bone nut and a 9.5-inch fretboard radius to keep the feel snug and familiar, while the sound is shaped by two Fender Junior Collection Modified Single Coil Telecaster pickups that are more than capable of delivering that famed Tele-twang.
