Drawing on the mortal powers of Avenged Sevenfold guitarist Synyster Gates, Schecter presents the Synyster Standard FR: an attainable edition of his iconic signature stomper. While it is a touch cheaper, the mahogany body still bears the singular offset Avanger shape, but this time it comes with a flat top tastefully outlined by black binding. The sound of the Synyster Standard is pounded out by a custom pair of Schecter Diamond Synyster Gates Signature humbuckers that have been exclusively voiced for metal and can be varied at will via a push/pull tone pot which splits the coils for single-coil style output.

The Schecter Synyster Standard FR: Immense Playability

Gates has hand selected a three-piece mahogany neck that's been reinforced with graphite to maximise stability, while the ebony fretboard has been kitted out with a set of twenty-four extra-jumbo frets and a flat 16 inch radius, supporting controlled grip alongside light and nimble playability. The look is fully polished off by instantly recognisable Syn position markers and a Death Bat inlay at the twelfth fret and, covering every detail, this guitar comes firmly backed up by a Floyd Rose Special Hot Rod double locking tremolo bridge.
