Fender Paramount PM-1 guitarra Dreadnought Deluxe Natural
General
The Fender Paramount series consists of Standard and Deluxe models. This particular model is the PM-1 Deluxe Dreadnought in a natural finish. The main difference between these two models is the choice of types of wood typesthat are used. This PM-1 Deluxe electro-acoustic steel-string guitar has rosewood sides and back, which gives it a remarkably warm sound and a classy appearance. Its fretboard is a unique feature, as it's made of ebony, a wood type that offers a clear tone due to its high density. In short, this is a top-notch Fender for a very attractive price.
PM-1 Deluxe Dreadnought: authentic details
Even though the Paramount series PM-1 has only just seen the light of day, this dreadnought guitar will be a trip down memory lane for most Fender fans, as it is brimming with Fender DNA. A Kingman-style pickguard, Concert Tone position markers and a Ccheckerboard purfling are all elements that have been borrowed from Fenders from the 1960s, and each guitar in the Paramount series is adorned with the Fender logo from the late '40s. In short, they embody a mix of great Fender design elements.
Fender Paramount: taking the stage
The name Paramount has a rich history, and is associated with the renowned concert hall in Seattle as well as the American record label, for starters. In order to maintain the excellent reputation attached to that name, Fender aimed to use the very best elementsparts and wood types available within the targeted price class. The types of wood were selected to give these solid-body, electro-acoustic steel-string guitars a rich sound. Additionally, a custom-built preamp complements the body type beautifully. The icing on the cake is a luxury case with humidifier to keep this guitar in optimal shape.
