The electro-acoustic Siljan II Grand Auditorium is their latest model and comes with a convenient cutaway. Named after the largest lake in Hagstrom's home region, Dalarna, and blessed with a solid spruce top, the dynamics of this guitar are as deep as the lake itself is. The sound ranges from compact and intimate to all-out loud and if you feel that a dreadnought model is a little too large and a Grand Concert isn't too flattop enough, then this Grand Auditorium strikes a sweet happy medium.

The mahogany back and sides add a touch of warmth to the bright acoustic sound while the Resinator bridge and fretboard ensure structural stability and chime in with ebony-like definition. This Hagstrom can be strummed and plucked with or without a pick and to accommodate a wide range of styles, it's loaded with a preamp and piezo pickup from the renowned Fishman. Via the Sonicore pickup, the acoustic sound is accurately captured before being sent to the Isys+ 301 preamp. It's this system that takes care of a full, well-balanced amplified sound with enough articulation and control to shape it to taste; just don't forget to tune up first using the integrated tuner.
