Featuring a slightly shallower than standard body, the Ibanez AE Series AE100 combines a humble-and-elegant look with the full-range sound of a solid Sitka spruce soundboard, giving you sublime value for money. While the soundboard has been coated in dark blue satin-gloss lacquer, the body and neck are sealed in a natural satin-gloss, which fully brings out the unique graining of the nyatoh and okoume wood, turning this flattop into quite the eye-catcher.

The nyatoh neck has been polished off with a Comfort Grip profile and a laurel fretboard with twenty jumbo frets and a 15.75-inch radius to ensure an instantly-comfortable playing feel. In terms of sound, you're treated to a warm, mid-range-rich acoustic sound that not only exits from the centre soundhole, but also projected towards the player via the specially-designed A.I.R port in the upper bout, allowing you to monitor your playing more closely. Plug the AE100 into an acoustic amp and the AEQ-TP2 preamp and T-bar undersaddle pickup immediately take over to deliver accurately amplified, electro-acoustic sound.
