The Thinline Series TSP178AC: Palathetic Pickup
The thin body of the TSP178AC comes mounted with Takamine's innovative Palathetic pickup and the CT-3N preamp system, preparing the guitar for studio and the stage. The pickup system includes a piezo pickup for each of the strings and makes sure no playing dynamics or careful nuances are lost in the amplified sound, which can be fully personalised in minute detail using the integrated 3-band EQ and notch filter.
