The DBX PowerRack3 is a 19-inch rack mountable chassis with a 3-slot power supply for modules from the 500 series. It only takes up 1U of space in your rack. On the rear are XLR and jack inputs, and an XLR output for each of the three modules. The PowerRack3 is equipped with Phantom power and the control on the front of the unit offer audio routing between the three modules without the need for manual cable patching.

500 series: a modular system

The biggest advantage of the 500 series system is that different components can be combined however you want. All of the products in the 500 series are compatible with each other. That means you can assemble your rack using only the components you need, depending on the situation. It also means you won't have to shell out any extra cash for additional expensive power adapters. Of course, you can put your rack together for each situation using only the components you need from your collection of equipment.
