General

Recording with your iPhone, iPad, iPod, Android device or Mac isn't a problem, but you'll need an external microphone for proper audio quality. IK Multimedia provide the solution in the shape of the IK Multimedia iRig Voice. This sensitive microphone is comparable to the much-sold iRig Mic, but it has a brightly coloured housing (this one's pink). Its cardioid pickup pattern makes the microphone mainly sensitive to audio from a single direction, so that your vocals or speech are isolated from ambient noise.

Crystal-clear sounds with the iRig Voice

The electret capsule of the iRig Voice is responsible for the crystal-clear sound, which stays undistorted even at high volumes. During the recordings, you can monitor the sound without any delay, thanks to the practical headphone connector. Use the switch to turn the iRig Voice on or off. Recordings are made in an audio app of your choice, or in one of the free IK Multimedia iOS apps. If you're an Android user, the iRig Recorder FREE for Android's available.
