New Shure Microphones Drop at NAMM 2025
Shure has been around for 100 years already and, by dropping an entirely new range of gear, it looks like the American powerhouse will be around for a hundred more. Right now, at NAMM 2025, Shure is showcasing a new SLXD Receiver (a forceful addition to the Nexadyne Series), a cabled version of the KSM11 and a brand new microphone headset. Read on to get all the info!
The Shure Nexadyne Series: The Revonic Revolution
In spring 2024, the world was treated to the new Shure Nexadyne NXN8/S and NXN8/C handheld microphones. Both fitted out with Revonic capsules, these mics left us wanting more. Enter a series of Nexadyne instrument microphones: the NXN2 kick drum microphone, the NXN5 amp microphone and the NXN6 tom and snare microphone. Every model features a dual Revonic capsule that pushes crosstalk and feedback down to a level that humanity had yet to dream of.
The Shure SLXD4Q+: 4 Receivers in One 19 inch Rack
You're reading it right: the new Shure SLXD4Q+ is a four-way receiver packed away inside a single 19 inch rack unit. And, because the entire SLXD Series has been set up to support larger rigs, there's also a Dante edition available: the SLXD4QDAN+.
The Shure KSM11B/C: Now in Cabled Flavour!
The revered Shure KSM11 capsule was previously exclusive to anyone running a wireless ULX or Axient system, but now, anyone can wield one no matter their setup. The Shure KSM11B/C features the same impressive condenser capsule, comes in a lighter and more compact housing and can be hooked up with a standard XLR cable.
The Shure SM39: Uncompromising Sound Quality Without the Headache
Designed for performing artists, the Shure SM39 microphone headset features a comfortable headband that stays firmly in place for the whole show, while the gooseneck-mounted capsule can be precisely positioned to ensure the best signal-to-noise ratio. A moisture-resistant coating fully protects the microphone, even during more intense gigs and, to support any system, the SM39-LM3 comes fitted with a LEMO plug while the SM39-TQG comes fitted with a TA4F plug.
