The Diamondhead: Mighty EQ

Seymour Duncan have been thoughtful enough to arm the Diamondhead with a three-band EQ with a +/- 13dB cut, so you can thicken up the bass of your tone without losing any transparency. The midrange can be taken through a spectrum of nicely tight scoops and brutally solid lead-boosts. Then you get the SAT switch. Flip it, and you're given an immense 24dB pre-gain boost that's been directly based on the 805 Overdrive. The result is a satisfyingly taut low-end, an aggressive attack and a brilliantly rich saturation.
