While the addition of an extra-long footplate with a Recessed Setting and a LiteSprocket might sound like pure jargon, they combine to complete a pretty elegant system in which the footplate is returned to the zero point by the chain with far more speed and efficiency. The extra-long footplate and the angle at which it's been installed is also far more responsive, meaning that you can apply less force to gain the desired speed.
