The great thing about extensive, professional stage pianos like the hefty units built by Kurzweil is that they set you and the band up with everything you could wish for. While it's a tad smaller and has fewer keys than the standard SP6, the Kurzweil SP6-7 offers similar sounds, features and connection options but is a little easier to actually get to the stage. In fact, this 76-note stage piano will probably fit in the back-seat of most cars.

Loaded with 2GB worth of ROM samples and the VAST engine, this modern digital instrument ensures you'll be leaving a stunning impression wherever you go. Sounds can be combined at will and, using the so-called zones, preparing live shows has never been easier. Load in a piano up top, set up some strings below and you've basically got instant access to an array of sounds. Besides VAST for your bread-and-butter sounds, you're also treated to the KB3 tonewheel simulation engine and the VA1 engine for analogue simulations and, needless to say, every one of the piano samples sounds as exceptionally good as the next. The same thing goes for the effects, practically turning the SP6-7 into an extra band member.
