These Meinl M-series MS14FMH are a pair of medium hi-hats that have been given a special 'fusion' finish. The inner part has been given a brilliant finish, while the outer part has a traditional finish. They are made of B20 bronze, that consists of 80% copper and 20% tin and both the top and bottom cymbals are manufactured through a high-tech computerised process, to ensure a stable sound.

These Meinl Fusion Medium hi-hats have a sound all their own thanks to the aforementioned production and finishing process. It's a warm overall sound that has some trashy accents and a sensitive, crisp and highly controllable pedal chick. When you don't want to sound too sweet, but heavy rock cymbals are taking it a bit too far, then the MS14FMH offers you a versatile, musical sound. It's distinct without being overpowering.
