The 12-inch Meinl Mb10 splash cymbal has a short, low and explosive sound. It has a 12-inch diameter, giving it the lowest pitch of all Mb10 splashes. As it's excellently balanced and very solid, it has a quick, controlled attack with a bright, warm sound. If you want more tone, colour and effects in your music, simply add the bright, articulate sound of this splash cymbal.

Mb10 series splash cymbal

This cymbal from Meinl's Mb10 series is made of B10 bronze, which consists of 90% copper and 10% tin, and it has a brilliant finish, giving it a modern look and a bright sound. As they are manufactured and shaped through a computerised process, the sound, colour and shape of the Mb10 cymbals are consistently perfect.

B10 alloy for a balanced selection

Meinl uses four different bronze alloys in their cymbals. The B20 and B12 alloys produce a warm, low sound, and the B10 and B8 alloys are generally a bit higher in pitch. By adding the Mb10 series to their selection, Meinl ensures that they have a wide range of cymbals that complement each other perfectly.
