General
As its name suggests, Arturia's MiniBrute 2 is the follow-up to the legendary original. This attractively-priced synth takes the analogue revolution even further than its predecessor by offering even more possibilities. This version is compatible with other equipment including Euroracks, modular synthesizers and effects pedals, for instance. You'll be glad to know, however, that despite these innovations, Arturia hasn't forgotten what made the original MiniBrute so popular in the first place. That means you can still count on a pure analogue sound that can be shaped any way you like.
MiniBrute 2: easy to use
One of the best things about the MiniBrute 2 is that it's easy to use and fun to experiment with. It has a clear layout which makes all of its functions intuitive to work with. That means it's also suitable for beginners who are looking to take their first steps into the analogue synthesizer world. Advanced users will find plenty to like about this synth too, especially with its 48 CV mod matrix and Eurorack compatibility. Connect it via CV, MIDI or USB, or sync it with a drum computer, and the MiniBrute 2 can become the heart of your ideal synth ecosystem.

The Arturia MiniBrute 2 is equipped with two oscillators, the classic Steiner Parker filter and an innovative looping envelope, with controls for each parameter. It also has a Keystep-style sequencer/arpeggiator that allows you to create virtually limitless sounds. Even if you're not sure where to begin, the MiniBrute 2 comes with a Preset Cookbook that'll get you up to speed in no time.
