The Gibraltar SC-LBBT boom cymbal arm is the ideal way to add, for instance, a splash or another crash to your set-up. Just attach it to one of your existing stands with a clamp, and the boom arm gives you the freedom to find the ideal position for your new cymbal. The main tube is 10 inches long and has a diameter of 7/8 inch, so it will be compatible with most clamps. The boom arm is 18 inches long, so that leaves you plenty of freedom to create the perfect set-up.

It is equipped with a brake-style tilter that is gearlessly adjustable, so finding the right angle for the boom arm is a breeze. Once you find the right position you can use a drum key to lock it in place. Furthermore, it is equipped with a Gibraltar Swing Nut. This system eliminates the need to use wing nuts, which are small parts that often get lost and are a quite a hassle to get on and off your stands every time you set-up or tear down your drum set. Simply place the cymbal and top felt on the stand and swing the nut to close it. After that, you can even adjust how tightly you want your cymbals fastened!

Finally, the SC-LBBT has a hideaway boom arm, which means that the knurled boom arm slides completely into the main pipe, allowing you to use it as a straight cymbal holder or save room during transport!
