This LP Street Can is made from a die-cast steel oil barrel with a 1mm-thick shell. In combination with the absence of a resonant head, it is able to produce sound at an incredible volume. Street Cans are ideal when you want a deep, raw, powerful sound you just can't get out of standard floor toms. Use the Street Can in combination with your toms, or as a replacement. It's up to you!

LP equipped the Street Can with extra long legs so it can be played standing up, which is particularly handy on stage for percussion groups, tribal drumming and solos. They can be used for any style of music, but are really ideal for South American genres or when your percussion really needs to slice through the mix.
