General
The Electro Voice TX 2152 is a passive speaker with two 15-inch woofers and a rotating horn. This powerhouse is ready and rearing to produce a deafening sound pressure level of up to 139 dB! Once you've heard that, it pretty much goes without saying that it's been designed for use in small to medium-sized clubs. It's also great for live applications and can be used as a main speaker in combination with a TX 2181 subwoofer. The dimensions of the two devices are the same, so you can make an attractive stack with the combination.
Construction
The trapezoidal cabinet of the TX 2152 is made of a combination of plywood and MDF, which makes it rugged yet lightweight. It's been finished with a unique black scratch-resistant coating, and a curved metal grille has been added to protect the woofers and the horn. Furthermore, the sturdy handles can be adjusted in a multitude of positions, making the cabinet easy to handle, despite its dimensions. The 2x 15-inch passive speaker is equipped with a crossover of the sixth order with a very steep curve of 36 dB per octave, which keeps the horn well protected against distortion. Finally, the TX 2152 features 6 rigging points for adding the optional EBK 1 set.
Rotating horn
The TX 2152 is equipped with a rotating horn. Should you want to stack multiple speakers horizontally to create a large PA system, then you'll also want to adjust the dispersion angle for the proper coverage, which is where the rotating horn is advantageous. The metal grille is equipped with an EV logo that is also rotatable, so it's always upright no matter what position you choose for the speaker and your stack always looks professional.

Wat een niet normale kracht komt er uit deze speaker! De speaker kost behoorlijk wat geld maar het is het zeker waard. Want de geluidskwaliteit is top en daarnaast is de speaker erg goed gebouwd. Het geluid is super zuiver, ook kan die superhard maar dit maakt niks uit want het blijf super helder! Het ontwerp is erg stevig en is erg stevig en makkelijk vervoerbaar dankzij de handvatten! De kast zelf heeft een coating die ervoor zorgt dat de kast erg goed beschermd is, dit is erg fijn! De grill is gebogen voor wat ervoor zorgt dat de speaker nog steviger wordt. Al met al geef ik deze speaker vijf sterren!

je vais etre direct et radical dans mon avis , cette tour electro-voice est une machine de guerre pour musique demandant du haut niveau de DB pour de grande soirée ,
vraiment bluffé par cette force qu'elle dégage ( 139db en peak pour info!!!)
Signature sonore très percutante typique de EV , un moteur d'aigu énorme de 2 pouces avec une gorge de 1 pouce , nom de dieu ca envoi , electrovoice vous à équipé d'un cross-over radical qui coupe à partir de 13000 hz donc donc des gros aigu fort et pas d'ultra aigu ce qui est génial !
impressionnant du combo double 15 bass percutante à 100hz et des aigu claquant / super clair vers 5000hz vraiment fait pur la TEKNO , HARD ROCK , HOUSE , METAL etc... vous aller avoir un sérieux gain musical avec ce matos.
Super fijne ev toppen. Ze staan bij mij op de Electro Voice TX2181 passieve subwoofer 2 x 18 inch.
Word veel verhuurd voor Dj's maar ook voor bands. Enige nadeel van deze toppen is dat hier standaard achterop geen wielen bevestigd kunnen worden.

Je remet à jour mon avis à propos de cette machine de guerre , cette tourelle porte bien la réputation électrovoice , à savoir un son percutant et ça claque ça claque ça claque franchement un pur plaisir tout est précis avec une forte sensibilité on mange des bon décibels .
attention a bien la placé parceque le horn des aigus est très directionnel ( 40 / 60 degrées )
alimenter la bien parcequelle est gourmande en watts mais mon dieu elle fait le travail.
c'est surtout une enceinte forte faite pour du concert , du grand événement ou il faut faire ressortir la " force " de la musique , elle n'ai pas subtile dans les ultra aigus et c'est justement le but pour mettre en valeur des fréquences + audible *
Très haut décibel + courbe de fréquence percutant et très colorée
Donc je recommande cette tourelle pour de la Techno , tekno , hardcore , rock / metal / electro . tout ce qui ya de plus violent le gain est énorme par rapport à d'autres marques. aller voir la doc technique
