Suhr's Reactive Load Box allows you to effortlessly record or hook up your guitar amp without the need to set up a miked-up speaker cabinet, and without losing any dynamics or the warmth of your valve amp. It's designed to replace an 8-Ohm cab and can handle up to 100W-strong valve amplifiers, giving you a balanced and unbalanced signal to send to your recording equipment, effects or power amp. In other words, the Suhr Reactive Load Box is the perfect link between your amp and audio interface or PA system.

The Suhr Reactive Load Box: Authentic Response

Unless more traditional loadboxes, this Suhr-designed model responds just like a real speaker cab. The carefully calibrated impedance curve mimics the dynamics down to a tee, making it impossible to tell whether you're running a real cab or this loadbox. While it doesn't feature built-in speaker simulation tech, the Reactive Load Box can be set up alongside a speaker simulator or IR loader to guarantee the most authentic amp sound possible. The balanced and unbalanced outputs make this practical bit of kit amazingly flexible, while the THRU port gives you option to hook up an actual speaker cabinet if and when needed.
