Since its introduction, the Jazz Bass has been one of the most used Fender instruments of all time. This 60th Anniversary offset includes all the genuine vintage treats inherited from its genuine early '60s ancestors. The classic ashtray bridge cover and matching mid-position pickup cover are immediately familiar, while the sleek form of the J-Bass body is finished with a nicely slim '60s U-profile neck, complete with the authentic touch of a high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer and 20 vintage tall frets. A luxurious and distinctly more modern detail is the paint job on the headstock - which has been stylishly matched with that of the body.

So that you can pull the sound of the sixties out of your own amp, Fender have mounted this very special model with a pair of Vintage '62 Bass single-coils. This gives you power over a full, low tone, supported by the perfect amount of brightness. Two concentric pots are provided for slick parameter adjustments, putting the stunning range of tone this bass has been used to create since its first emergence 60 years ago, beneath your very fingertips. Since it is so special, this bass comes complete with a chic deluxe hardcase and certificate of authenticity.
