Fender's Player Jazz Bass is perfect for bassists who find the American models a little too expensive. This one is made in Mexico which is why Fender can offer it at a more attractive price making it excellent value for money. It's a real joy to play thanks to its maple neck that has a modern C profile and a smooth satin-gloss finish. The dark-coloured pau ferro fretboard has a 9.5-inch radius and there are 20 medium jumbo frets that also add to its excellent playing comfort.

The Player Jazz Bass PF is equipped with two Player series Alnico 5 single-coil pickups that deliver a powerful, rumbling, tight, punchy sound. Wat een fantastisch instrument is dit. Ik had eerst bij Bax een goedkopere basgitaar gekocht van en ander merk en met veel knoppen en electronica. Een hoop gedoe, dus deze gitaar snel ingeruild. Mijn Fender Sunburst PF is prachtig afgewerkt en is een lust voor het oog . Bovendien voelt de hals lekker aan. Voordat ik ga spelen tune ik de gitaar natuurlijk en het valt me op dat hij lang in de goede stemming blijft. Ik kocht er ook meteen een Fender Rumble 25 BasCombo bij en voor thuis is dit meer dan voldoende. Top.
Basse de très bonne qualité, agréable à jouer.

I love this bass! I has a Squire Jazz Bass some years ago but "traded-up" for a USA Fender Precision. The precision was a lovely bass, but it just wasn't a part of me like the Jazz was, and I regretted selling it ever since. So, I finally took the plunge and returned to a Jazz, but this time with this Fender Player model. All I can say is it is fab! The fit and finish are first-class and to me it's indistinguishable in quality compered to USA Fenders. And best of all, it immediately felt "right" just like my old Jazz. I'm keeping this one for ever!
