For over four decades, Tama have taken their successful Superstar formula and improved on it again and again with modern technology and hardware. On the shells of this Superstar Classic kit, you'll find the T-shaped Tama logo and modern chrome hardware. The result is a full, powerful sound that's perfect for any music style. This 5-piece shell set consists of a 20x16-inch bass drum, 10x7 and 12x8-inch toms, a 14x14-inch floor tom and a 14x5-inch snare. This kit has an attractive Blue Lacquer Burst finish.

Optimal maple sound

Tama have taken great care in finding the optimal maple sound for this shell set by combining thin layers and using special bearing edges. The small Low-Mass lugs and Star Mount tom mount were added to the shells to keep resonance to an absolute minimum. The MTH600 tom holder has a ball joint so you can position it at any angle you want. This shell set also includes Tama's own Power Craft II drum head so you can start playing virtually right away!
