While this unit has been specifically calibrated to match the Markbass Mark Vintage Pre, it's compatible with any other bass preamp, and whatever you team it up with, you're getting maximum clarity, and clean and warm amplification of the preamp sound. The no-nonsense control panel provides nothing more than a volume and limiter pot - because that's all you need. The limiter pot adjusts an internal bi-band limiter that delivers a balanced sonic foundation, excellent dynamics, defined trebles and a rapid and refined response. Push the level down to unleash a more furry, vintage-flavoured bass sound, or crank it up for a more clean and modern output.
