The Pearl Cyclone Cajon is part of Pearl's special assortment of Peruvian instruments. This cajon is largely made of fibreglass and has an Asian hardwood striking plate, that creates a crystal clear and defined sound that carries very far. On top of that, the bass port on the rear of the cajon creates an impressive and deep bass resonance. That bass is also facilitated by the rounded edges, which also provide a much more comfortable playing experience. Plus, you can count on a very clear distinction between bass and snare sounds.
