The A in A5 indicates the classic pear shape of the body and the 5 that the Fender FM-101 has elegant f-shape holes. The top of this entry-level mandolin has a high-gloss sunburst finish and a black pickguard. The FM-101 also has a chrome tailpiece, white position markers and beautiful bindings along its body and neck.
