Fender has made yet another practical, affordable instrument in the shape of this uniquely shaped Sherwood Green Fender Telecoustic Plus (with a USB output). The slender, green body is shaped like a Telecaster and the shape of the headstock was also borrowed from this famous electric guitar. An especially notable feature of this Telecoustic is that its sides and back were made of fiberglass, providing this guitar with a rugged construction with a balanced sound that is excellently suited for live performances.
The advantages of the Telecoustic Plus
The Telecoustic Plus offers comfortable playability thanks to its manageable body and comfortable C-profile neck. When amplified, the sound of this guitar is accurately sent to your acoustic guitar amplifier, mixer or sound card via the Isys III preamp and piezo pickup. These also offer you the option of sending the guitar signal to a laptop or tablet with the special mini-USB output. With the built-in tuner, you'll quickly and easily tune the Telecoustic.
The special looks of the Telecoustic
The acoustic brother of the Telecaster doesn't just stand out by its shape and colour, it also features stylish details like a vintage-style Viking bridge, a beautiful rosette around the strikingly oval sound hole, the high-gloss body and neck finish and the white bindings along the body. What's more, this steel-string instrument has six vintage-looking machine heads and a gold-coloured Fender logo on its headstock. All in all, this is a practical, reliable and tasteful electro-acoustic guitar.
