The Cordoba Luthier Select Series only includes models that have been inspired by the work of legendary guitar builders. Designed in tribute to the French guitar builder Daniel Friederich, the Cordoba Friederich CD Luthier Select classical guitar echoes the strong projection, powerful bases and defined response that his instruments are so renowned for. This quality of sound is largely made possible by Friederich's bespoke bracing design and its unique seven fan pattern which here, has been repeated with hand-cut spruce braces which couple with the solid Canadian cedar soundboard and mahogany body to guarantee optimised vibrational transfer.

Graceful Design

Further, more aesthetic features have also been lifted from Daniel Friederich's collection, including the gracefully routed headstock, the complex inlay work of the soundhole rosette and the delicate body binding, giving this guitar its refined and graceful finish. The neck, body and headstock have also been sealed in a coat of high-gloss varnish that's extremely thin to inhibit the natural resonance of the wood as little as possible. This exclusive guitar comes pre-packed in a Cordoba Deluxe Humidified Archtop Wood Case as standard, which features a built-in humidifier to help maintain optimal instrument health.
