General
Hand-built in Spain using traditional techniques, the Ortega R200 Traditional Series classical guitar comes furnished with a solid North American cedar soundboard and a palo-rojo wood body, completing a full-bodied sound backed up by masses of sustain and warm basses. The tinted cedar wood also strikes a unique contrast with the red-brown of the palo-rojo, while the body has been outlined in a lighter maple binding and a timeless soundhole rosette finishes off the aesthetics. The mahogany neck has been topped with a rosewood fretboard and a 52 millimetre wide nut, providing plenty of space for picking techniques and elevating the playing comfort overall, while other high-spec details include the stable and resonant Spanish heel neck-to-body joint and the gloss finish. The Ortega R200 also comes pre-wrapped in a deluxe gig bag.
