As a songwriter, lyricist and guitarist, Jeff Hanneman lifted up the iconic track-metal band, Slayer and placed them firmly on the map. His aggressive playing style, chaotic solos and deep-thinking lyrics have lit the fire under generations of musicians and continues to inspire. Jeff Hanneman Urban Camo: Show No Mercy

As you would expect from a pure metal guitar, the body of this ESP has a solid neck-through construction, an ebony fretboard with 24 XJ frets for high playing comfort and ridiculously long sustain: both necessary to get from start to finish of 'Dead Skin Mask'. In the bridge position, an EMG 81 active humbucker sits ready to deliver brutal, tight riffs while an EMG 85 is mounted at the neck for full, thick lead. A salient detail in the design of this ESP is the ESP SPC with which the midrange and volume gets a considerable boost.
