The Ibanez AE245JR is a modern electro-acoustic guitar that offers more than just a timelessly lush look and sound, but due to the tight form and slimmer waist, you're also getting superbly snug playing comfort. The okoume body is handsome as well manageable and the nyatoh neck has a shorter scale length and a lower string tension as a result, making for a smooth and nicely supple playing feel. The combination of exotic woods used to construct this steel-string solid-top shape a beautifully warm and resonant sound. A fitted T-bar under-saddle pickup amplifies this with a pure transparency that can be tweaked using the integrated Ibanez Custom Electronics preamp which even provides a useful mute switch. Tasteful details like the custom Wooden Vine inlay along the fretboard and the abalone and maple pattern that surrounds the soundhole round everything off perfectly.
